We need to be lifting one another up, encouraging one another, building one another up and LOVING one another, the way God calls us to do. And not out of our own convenience.

Put ourselves outside the box of the world in which we live in and try to understand what others have gone through, enough with judgment and with the tearing each other apart. Instead, lovingly sharing the Gospel and the truth of salvation.

As regenerates, we are all daughters of the Father. We have no right to put down, tear apart, judge, talk about, feel better than anyone else just because we grew up differently or have a different background.

After all, as Bible believing christians, we all have a common denominator, God.

Always redirect your actions, thoughts and words to what the WORD says;

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” {John 13:34-35}

And when correcting others, remember;

“23 Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. 24 And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25 correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 26 and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.” {2 Timothy 2:23-26}

Next time we feel the need to “talk” or “put down” others, let’s think about those scriptures. And meditate on what they say to us and for the sake of the Gospel, ask ourselves, “will this show that I am a disciple of Jesus?” “Will this show how I worship God?” Or “will I just mirror the world and their ways?”

We should always be led by the Holy Spirit and not our feelings.

With love,
